A room plus use of kitchen, bathroom, washer /dryer, and access to WiFi; master bedroom preferred, furnished a plus, we generally work remotely, currently use public transportation, we are vegan accepting but we eat meat every day, we prefer to avoid LGBT issues but only ask that our straight orientation be respected. We are accepting of all races, I am white, she is black, we're 50+, we often stay up late and get up after 10 am
