Room for rent/ lease takeover

Room for Rent / Lease Takeover Looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease in a shared apartment ASAP (preferably by April 1st). It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. You would be living with one roommate who has 2 cats. (No more pets since she does have 2 cats). The landlord does require approval before moving in and does a background check. $40 application fee. About the roommate: Bella is in her mid 20’s and has a professional full time job! She travels pretty often & wants to make sure whoever takes over my spot is comfortable with 2 adorable kitties in the place! She is very laid back, clean, and respectful so she would like the same vibe! Also with having tandem parking, that is something that would need to be disclosed. Details:
• Rent: $1,292.50 ($2585 total) •Utilities: $50-80 for electricity • Location: Near Talmadge (10 mins from Mission valley, about 12 minutes from North park) in the middle of a lot of great areas!
• Move-in: April 1st 2026
• Shared spaces: kitchen, living room, etc.
• Parking: Tandem parking included in the rent •Shared laundry (2 laundry rooms)
