Looking for Ultra Clean Minimalist

I am a 31m professional looking to rent the Main bedroom in my 1 bedroom apartment.
I sleep as u can see in the living room, but the Bedroom is completely empty.
Therefore looking for an ultra minimalist person like myself who would also wash the dishes on the spot and preferably eat outside so the apartment doesnt smell.
You can use my desktop Screen and connect ur thing because i dont use the desk either since i dont spend time in the house. Ultra Manners and respect is what looking for, ive never had a roomate but i need some money.
The apartment smells lso good and always tidy 24h since last year i moved in, i dont slack or postpone and u shouldnt.
