Roommate wanted

Description

Starting early, but I'm looking to find a roommate to move in with me into an apartment/house or someone who will need a roommate for June when my current lease ends!
My budget is 800-1200 per room. I'd prefer anywhere in Portland as long as I can bus into downtown within a reasonable time. I am an engineer with the typical 8-5 schedule Mondays through Wednesdays. I work from home Thursdays and Fridays.
I am very easygoing, extroverted, and always enjoy hanging out. On the side, I enjoy working out, hiking, eating, and going out to bars/clubs. I also do love to host and have friends over from time to time. I keep my place clean and enjoy having a home that feels welcoming. I already have most of the living room furniture and a fully equipped kitchen, so you wouldn't need to bring much for the shared spaces.
Ideally, I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, who is cool with being friendly and social while respecting roommate boundaries.
