looking to sublease w my boyfriend

I’m 23, in college and working full time, I’m hoping to find a place to sub lease with my partner. He’s 26, he also has a full time job, we’re both very clean, very home bodied people, we barely go out unless it’s to work or it’s date night. We both love animals but we don’t have any pets, on our downtime we both like to play video games or read, we currently reside in Jersey Village area, so we’re looking for somewhere within the same area or Cypress or Fairbanks. We can pay $1,200 a month if we sublease but no more than that, and we’re looking to have the whole place to ourselves not just a room, for example like a small apartment.
