Renting a private room and private bathroom in my 2/2 condo. Looking for a responsible, peaceable roommate. The room is 11.5 ft. X 12.5 ft with a closet. Also more storage next to bedroom( FYI room is currently unfurnished, despite photos, but can be furnished with California King bed/ or full size bed and furnishings can be added or removed upon request!) Full kitchen access. Very nice, safe, quiet, guarded community with pools, tennis courts and lots of trees and ducks!
As for me, I’m a Christian…pretty laid back and very respectful of others and their privacy. I don’t drink or smoke and I don’t do drama (No smokers or heavy drinkers please). Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and responsible. Will do month to month lease and see how it goes. Look forward to talking with you!
