Hoping to pass the vibe check…

Hey y’all! Hoping this finds the right people. I’m Evan and I’m looking for a place near Needham to call home for a little bit; my mom’s downsizing so it’s time for me to jump ship! About me: I’m and am an after school director for a non-profit in Needham. I love it so much, will be there for at least a few years, and I went there as a kid so big full circle moment.
It helps me stay active along with gym training, being outdoorsy, and my ultimate frisbee team in the summer and fall. I’m also always up for cooking and baking (my margarita dishes are killer). As for me as a roomie, my mom and sister made sure I wouldn’t disappoint them…I keep it very tidy, of course clean up after myself, and always help out with keeping the household clean and running. I’m more the willing to hear out any frustrations or curiosities about anything I do, and I’d do the same vice versa. Always want to keep lines of communication open. And finally, I know passing the vibe check is the most important thing, so happy to chat over the phone or in person to make sure of it.
