If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to call home, this vintage Craftsman home can’t be beat. Our neighborhood is wonderful—safe, peaceful and friendly. The location is ideal, near shopping, dining, gyms. It’s a short commute to every part of Portland’s metro area, and there's ample parking. You’ll share a charming home with built-ins, fireplace and stained-glass windows. We have 2½ bathrooms, a large, sunny kitchen that's been newly renovated. We have central AC and warm gas heat. The amenities include high-speed internet, dishwasher, laundry with washer/dryer, two full-size fridges, and all appliances. Housecleaning is provided. We keep our home tidy and organized. We value sharing a clean and organized home. We also compost and recycle as much as possible. Our home is drug-free and smoke-free; moderate alcohol use is ok. The available room is small, freshly painted with a newly finished hardwood floor, and a roomy closet and a window. The room is currently unfurnished. It is a month-to-month rental agreement and includes a flat $100 utility fee. Housecleaning is included. Move-in with first month’s rent, utilities, and $200 deposit. The room is available immediately. There are three resident indoor kitties—sorry, no more pets. The humans here are two women, good-natured, kind, progressive. We’re attentive to our housemates’ needs, and are basically pretty low-key. We’re looking for a friendly, mature person to join us. You’re employed, ideally you work outside the home, you’re financially stable, and, hopefully, you’ll appreciate our furry friends.
