Nice apartment complex with a dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer and 2 on laundry mats with full size washer and dryers and has a small gym. Trash is picked up twice a week and is located directly below balcony so no need to have to walk far! Looking for a chill roommate who will pay rent on time and who is easy to get along with, clean and who will not be loud and throw parties.
