Clean, relaxed condo w/private bath

Description

I have a private room available with a private bathroom. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. It is a quiet neighborhood with all major hyways easily accessible but, far enough away that there is no noise. The room has a private bathroom and in house washer dryer. The community has a pool, grills, small gym and jacuzzi. There is also a small park next door with tennis courts and a running path. I am a quiet, yet, personable guy, and I'm always respectful of other people space. I'm looking for a chill, like-minded peson to share the space with. Please message me if you have any questions 🙏
