Roommate for three bedroom home

Description

The house: bath, 1 garage for storage, 1 garage for laundry (washer/dryer), and parking in driveway & street, solar so lower power bill, quiet neighborhood.

Kitchen: Big kitchen, dishwasher, big refrigerator, lots of cabinet space, beverage fridge, and lots of counter space with an island.

Your room: big windows, closet

Your Bathroom: full bathroom & shower. I am looking for a roommate that is respectful, willing to help with chores, and is communicative. It is a smoke free house (I am allergic). I am hoping to create a relaxed collaborative environment :)

This a pet free house.

I am a mechanical Design Engineer. I enjoy art, plants, cooking, and adventuring. I often bring home veggies and flowers from my garden. I often host game and craft nights at the house where I cook for everyone :)
