Hi, my name is Elisabeth, female in my thirties. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in a well-maintained, fairly new condo in North York. Available immediately. The monthly rent is fourteen hundred including all utilities, or we could negotiate rent if you'd prefer to split utilities.
Also open to negotiation for furnished vs. unfurnished.
The room is spacious with a full closet, large windows in a corner unit. The washroom is shared. Open plan kitchen and living room. We are a few minutes walk to Wilson Subway Station with an entrance right behind our building.
The building has a gym, playroom, party room, pet-spa, wifi room and deck with bbq. We're just across the street from the Wilson Village shopping area which has a Starbucks, Costco, LCBO, and much more.
I'm looking for someone professional, clean, pays on time, respectful and friendly non-smoker. I keep to myself, I travel a lot so you will often have the space to yourself for a few weeks at a time.
