I’m looking to transfer my lease for an apartment in Washington, DC, located in the luxury building. It’s a beautiful building just a -minute walk from the Waterfront Green Line station and a -minute walk from the Navy Yard station.
If you’re able to move in before January, the month of December and January is Free.
The lease runs until January .
The rent is $ for a bath within a
bath unit. The apartment features in-unit laundry, floor-to-ceiling windows, and is pet-friendly. Utilities average about $ per person. If the rent is slightly out of your budget, I’m open to negotiations.
