Seeking Roommate in Brighton

Description

Seeking a female roommate to rent my basement in my brand new house in Brighton, CO (or have two additional upstairs bedrooms to choose from.) Have a 2-car garage that can be available if your car fits, shared kitchen area and laundry room and have a home office big enough for my stuff and another if you need a home office. Residence is in a growing area of Denver, twenty minutes to DIA and thirty minutes to downtown. I have two dogs (a senior lab and an elderly Pitbull mix) and two cats, so could possibly accommodate one more chill cat or small dog. Nearby amenities include Prairie Center shopping center and Brighton’s historic downtown.
Available early December. Must agree to a lease agreement, carry renter’s insurance, and submit to a background and credit check
