Parking - You would pay as needed using the FlowBird app on your cell phone at the Hitt Street Parking Garage located just across the street from the apartment complex on the same side as your unit. Parking is enforced Monday - Saturday until PM. but is free on Sundays.
Utilities - Utilities run between one hundred twenty and y dollars per month depending on the weather but never cost more than two hundred dollars per month.
Internet - Internet is free with the unit and typically gives speeds of two hundred mbps download and two hundred mbps upload.
Sublease Fee - We're willing to split the sublease fee of one thousand dollars evenly.
Cleaning - The unit will be deep cleaned before the new move in date.
Furniture - The queen sized bed frame and living room furniture pictured will be left behind for the new tenant.
