ISO middle-aged female roommate

I’m looking to rent out a room in my condo, sometime around December 1. The other room is occupied by my wonderful roommate. We’re looking for another older, perhaps middle-aged woman, ideally +. We are both divorced with grown children, trying to make rent/mortgage in Colorado’s “difficult for single moms” climate. 😔💵

Property is a 2nd floor unit, on the north end of Parker, near Cottonwood & Jordan with the Cherry Creek Trail out the back door.

I’m asking $/month. (Yes! It’s a steal in today’s market! But I’m just trying to make ends meet and break even).

Includes bedroom suite with own bathroom and balcony deck. You’ll share the kitchen, living room, dining room, & laundry room.

Extensive interviews will be conducted to make sure we’re all compatible. We’d consider a tenant with a small, well-behaved, well-trained pet. And are definitely looking for someone who’s neat and tidy like us.
