bathroom home, with a fenced in backyard and a garage! I’ll be staying in the master, and only renting out one bedroom! I own the property so i’ll be the ‘landlord’ / your roomate

- bathroom outside of the room (washer and dryer are in bathroom, and this will be the bathroom for guests as well if any come)
- ° ring camera footage on outside of property
- wifi
- access to all common areas like garage, fence, living room, and kitchen ofc.

Long term leases preferred but i’m flexible! No pets since i have 2 little dogs of my own :) I’m looking for a female - mid to late s, working professional, clean, organized, and loves dogs ! No smokers - I don’t mind guests coming over, just no parties :) About Me: y/o female, christian :), air force reserves for 4 years, EMT here in Jax , in school for my BSN starting december ! I have 2 dogs, both under lbs, small/medium terrier mixes, Oakley is 5yrs old and i’ve had him his whole life , Casper is 8months old and I recently rescued him from the shelter. I’d love a roomate who loves dogs as much as me and would treat them as their own :) I have some weekends that I won’t be home due to drill obligations/wedding events in november and december, so a roomate who’s flexible and would hangout with them while i’m gone if i paid them would be so nice :)
