looking for a roommate.

Description

looking for someone either in school or working full time. preferably female, and LGBTQ friendly. no pets, but can be negotiated. the shared living room and kitchen are kept pretty clean. main bedroom for rent; private/connected bathroom, carpet bedroom, and a walk-in closet. currently has a bed frame, dresser, and nightstand but those can be taken out. in-unit washer and dryer.
there is an assigned parking spot. lockers for packages, and a mailbox. the building is within walking distance of a bus stop into NYC, and a min drive to woodbridge train station. it is above a corner store and a subway.
