Seeking a responsible, open-minded male to share my apartment and help manage a 4-plex while I’m away during the week. This is a unique opportunity to significantly reduce living expenses in exchange for helping with property oversight and light maintenance. About the Arrangement:
Private room available for reduced rent ($400/month) in exchange for: • Managing the 4-plex during weekdays • Overseeing vacation rental turnovers (cleaning coordination, light resets) • Yard work including snow removal • Minor maintenance and general upkeep • Splitting utilities I’ll be onsite weekends and holidays, but need someone dependable to keep things running smoothly during the week.
