Myself (the boss) lol and my 2 other roommates (who rent bedroom's)I'm renting my futon bed to crash on temporarily(Air mattress $5 bucks extra)...it's NOT a ROOM, it's in my living room area (pretty vacant)we can do a by the night or by the week deal..I'm thinking $ shower per day included)..OR $ a week! If more time is needed after the 1st week if I like you, you can pay to stay longer or if your hardly around except at night to shower and sleep then maybe I'll let you stay longer in that case as well.🔹➡️➡️PRIVATE ROOM OPENING,$ Thirty Daily OR $ Two hundred and fifty WEEKLY..Hmu to ask about it's availability, It goes Fast! ⬅️⬅️🔹I have a balcony area too if you smoke.. I have a futon out there and it can be slept on if your an outdoor person its on the 2nd level with privacy lol and during the spring fall and summer its awesome to lay out there!You'd have access to the shower/internet/kitchenPillows and Blankets are provided as well if needed even though I didn't put them in the picss..If you work alot and are hardly around this is perfect. me you situation and # and will talk! I know LAs hard lolSometimes people catch me when I have a vacant room available and if that happens I pull out the blow up bed and you get a room with privacy.I also do shower situations at $ per half HR shower... Only $ ten dollars Lastly but also for the out doorsy types I let ppl sleep on the balcony for $ fifteen dollars a night if the futons unavailable.
