This two-story townhouse is nestled in the leafy suburb of Cremorne and features a backyard courtyard, a spacious kitchen, and ample on-street parking. We’re just a short walk to Military Road, where frequent bus connections can have you in the city in no time.

Hey there! We’re Ethan (, working full-time in sales) and Courtney (, working full-time in project management). We’re both social, clean, and keen to create a relaxed, homey, welcoming space. We love a good chat, the occasional housemate dinner, and a few drinks on the weekend, but we also respect downtime and personal space.
