Seeking subletter -

Hello everyone, I am having to move jobs so unfortunately I have to sublet my share of an apartment from the beginning of April to February . It is located in Denver on 9th and Colorado Boulevard. Building is called the "Theo Luxury Apartments." Total cost including utilities and an enclosed parking spot (in the garage) would be $. I've attached a floor plan of the specific apartment. Your share of the apartment would be the left-hand side with a spacious bedroom/walk-in closet and a closed-off bathroom with a shower.

Your roommate would be Sierra - she is and she has a super cute pug named Tofu. She loves the outdoors, farmers markets, Taylor Swift, thrifting/vintage stores, getting tattoos & piercings, & going out to try new restaurants and also having chill nights at home! She does ask that you’re lgbtqia+ friendly because she is gay.
