Single mom and daughter will occupy the basement. You will have full access to living area upstairs and bathroom mostly private, kitchen, and laundry shared. We do have 2 cats. There is a nice big back yard fenced however I don’t tend to it well but it is there with much potential. Off street parking is available and RV parking . No pets!

Wi-Fi and Utilities included in rent. $ due at move in. First months and security deposit. NO smoking in home. Must be quiet, respectful, clean, and responsible.
