LOCATED IN DENVER: Within walking distance to Washington Park, a FURNISHED apartment about a 3 minute drive to the Cherry Creek area and a 5 minute drive to downtown Denver. Hoping to sublet by March months but also open to longer! This is a beautifully furnished, with a recently remodeled kitchen bathroom apartment available to sublet starting the beginning of March () for 3 months, potentially longer. Rent would cost $ and a security deposit of $ is required. If pets are included I would ask for a larger amount for the security deposit about $. Rent will be paid directly to me and will include all utilities (except electricity which is approximately $/month through X-cel), also included is renters insurance, internet, access to streaming services and parking. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Washington park area and about a minute drive from downtown Denver. This apartment is in a very safe neighborhood and is about a 3 minutes drive to Cherry Creek. I am looking for a reliable, clean person that will treat this space like they would treat their own space, since everything will be in my name.
Pets are negotiable on a case to case basis. Also before move in, I will be looking for proof of employment and if you can provide a paystub to show proof of income that would be great!
