Looking for someone to sublet my room from May to the end of August . With the option of a lease takeover!!
It's a bath apartment. The bedroom is furnished (bed, desk, dressers) and so is the kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, no dishwasher).
It's located super close to the waterfront ( min walk), is down the street from a bus stop. It's a min walk to SMU and a min walk to Dal (Studley Campus), 5 min walk Dal (Sexton Campus). It's a min walk to Downtown Halifax. There's a Sobeys and an NSLC directly across the road and an Atlantic Superstore 5 minutes away walking.
The apartment is in a super safe neighbourhood with many friendly people. Rent is $ and includes heat, water, and electricity. Wifi is an extra $ a month. Possible lease takeover!!
