LEASE TAKE OVER: DeSales Flats

Description

Looking for someone to take over a lease in my bath apartment at DeSales Flats in East Walnut Hills. You’d have your own bedroom and private bathroom, plus we’d share the kitchen, living room, dining area, and in-unit washer/dryer.

Due to a recent change in my living situation, my current roommate (ex) and I have decided that finding a new tenant is the best option. Hoping to find someone who can move in ASAP. There is also a cat living in the apartment, so ideally, you’re okay with pets.
