About us:
We are singer/songwriters pursuing our musical interests while also holding day jobs and completing our educations. We are social people, and like to throw parties and host karaoke nights at our place. Still, we respect one another’s quiet time, as we often have to be up early. We have a house group chat going in order to communicate important things to one another.
We are pet lovers, and have dogs and cats in the house.
We have a recording studio upstairs, so if you happen to be a musician, you can utilize this!
Your room is the master bedroom, and you’ll have your own bathroom. The room also tends to be the coolest in the house, which will serve you very well during the summer. The room will come furnished, but you’re welcome to bring your own. We are about minutes from any shopping or food you can think of, as the Fallbrook Center is right down the road.
We will need to add you to our lease, so a credit check will likely be required.
Sixteen hundred including utilities.
