Hi, I have A Room for Rent in My Basement, it has carpet , fully Finished, washer & Dryer coming soon which has a Door, it’s also finished and clean, , it’s roomy, you can use the upstairs bathroom to shower or bath, there is a bath downstairs by the basement, you can use the side door to go out of, or the back door, there are two females here, myself & my daughter, we both work , I’m looking for someone who is responsible,Drama free, clean,, & respectful , you must be able to pay months, to get half off the following month depending move in also including utilities
