I am seeking a housemate to share my sq ft furnished home on a quiet North Arlington street in Glebewood Village. My ideal housemate is conscientious, employed or a student, or someone visiting for work or transitioning to the area.

The following facilities and amenities are included:
- Newly furnished bedroom with a bed, dresser, closet, and a desk.
- Your own dedicated full bath with access to another bathroom.
- Access to shared living spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, basement TV room, utility room, and patio)
- " Sony Bravia " Frame Samsung TVs.
- Luxury kitchen with high-end appliances.
- A well-kept front yard and backyard garden patio with seating areas, barbeque, and firepit.
- Steps from bars, restaurants, bakeries, diners, coffee shops, grocery stores, convenience stores.
- Metrobus and ART lines along Glebe Rd and Langston Blvd close to the house.

Other features and requirements:

- Utilities, including internet, electricity, water, gas, and sewer/trash services are included in rent for month leases. For leases more than 3 months, utilities and internet will be split with reduced rent.
- Costs of common-use items and housekeeping will be discussed and divided through mutual agreement between the tenant and landlord.
