Hey! I’m looking for roommates to go in on an apartment in a nice area around Pembroke Pines/Miramar (~$k each)

I’m , an airline pilot based out of the Miami airport and will be taking classes at Broward South on my days off.

I'll be spending the majority of my time in class or working. I enjoy a clean kitchen and living spaces. Don't mind occasional guests. And value an open dialogue to make sure each roommates happy and comfortable.

Ideally looking for other career or study oriented individuals between who can commit to a month lease (starting anytime between mid march and early may)
