-Lease (month a month duration) and deposit required, rather long time over short but open to options, you can stay as long as you want but must tell me one month ahead of moving for me to find someone and give you your deposit back.
-Located in Ridgewood Queens and it's 2 minutes away from the L and M train ( minutes to the city)
-$ monthly rent with utilities all included ($ deposit required)
-Gym, laundry, rooftop, game room, bike room with the building amenities.
- hour Food Baazar Supermarket down the corner, also Myrtle Ave which is a commercial street where you can buy anything.
-The roommates are very clean, respectful and organized, so looking for someone like that as well.
-Some intro about yourself, regarding work, living habits and anything else you would like to share is totally welcome.
