Hello! I want to be clear that I am looking to SHARE my large 1 bedroom apartment on a short-term, month to month or weekly basis with the right person. Female preferred. I'm right by dfw airport so it's a perfect spot for commuters or airline staff.
About you: stable, work full time away from home. Non smoker, outside ok. No overnight guests. SOME storage available in the garage and outside. You would not have tenancy so the approval process will be with me and not the management company. There are a couple of ways we can work out the arrangements. open to giving up the master bedroom room but the rent would be . In the living room there is a queen sized sofa bed that has been rarely used, clean with shared hall access to the large bathroom with soak tub. Plenty of storage for your things in there. There is also a SMALL more private room downstairs that would be great for sleeping and whoever chooses to rent here has access to both spaces. Plenty of kitchen and pantry space for you. I have a cat so be OK with that. My favorite nickname is from living half my life in California, supercalitex. Atgee male.I am open to another cat with a small deposit. Parking is available directly in front of my garage and your vehicle must have current tags, etc. Gym access available * $ background check for felonies only. Less concerned about debt than i am about fresh starts and making enough money. Rent includes all utilities including wifi. Please show checks stubs and have rental and personal references.
