Share House East Mackay

Hi, I own a share house in East Mackay 2 mins walk to the beach and around 3 minutes drive to Mackay cbd. The house has been shared for about 2 years with several overseas travellers coming and going. It is a modern very neat and well designed property. There are seperate living areas upstairs and downstairs so even when three people have been sharing we rarely see each other. The property is in a great location and whilst it’s better suited to singles there is possibility for short term accommodation for couples. The room is upper floor sharing with a female. I live downstairs but am rarely home and travel frequently and the lady upstairs works full time so most of the time you have the place to yourself.
