- Great neighborhood with a house recently valued at $k.
- Costco and Walmart are just a few minutes' drive through the neighborhood.

**Additional Information:**
- Overnight guests are allowed.
- A background check and a deposit equal to one month's rent are required.
- I have a dog, and one of the roommates does as well. Currently, no additional dogs are allowed due to goats temporarily residing in the yard from my other property.
