Private MIL Suite in lovely home !

Professional mom and college son offer, for rent stated above and including utilities + WiFi : a large furnished suite (large bedroom / sitting room, large bathroom with separate shower and tub with jets, own entrance and terrace). For single professional or student - would prefer short term rental, at least to start. Love traveling nurses! Pets ok + fee, LGBTQ+ and ND friendly, but NOT weed or tobacco friendly. Sorry but hate the smell of weed and I’m an annoying ex-smoker. Don’t like chemicals on yard or in house either. Aside from that I’m easy-going and busy. You will be same. No drama, no sharing of spaces except laundry room. It’s not ideal for someone who loves to cook, as there is a lot of cooking stuff but no kitchen access. Message me if you have questions! Will need security deposit of a half month rent plus first and last month’s rent. There is a pull through driveway with room for an extra car. You will need car. I’m near Dorsett and Lindbergh and Highway (Creve Coeur Lake). Super safe and quiet neighborhood.
