A room for rent in a spacious house

Beautiful furnished bedroom with a queen bed for rent. You will have your own private bathroom! The house is in a quiet family orientated community with guard gates. The community has two pools to use, two gyms, basket ball court as well as tennis courts and a sauna. A good area for biking and running. live with my year old son and I'm low key and keep to myself and respectful of privacy. The room is for single person. Please, no children or sleep overs. I have two French bulldogs but will keep them out of your space of course. I like to keep my house tidy. I also have an office to use if you need to do any type of work that you may need extra space. Netflix and Prime included with new inch tv. Toilet paper and laundry detergent is not included. Room will be ready March 5
