I am offering a shared bedroom in my 1-bedroom apartment. The bedroom is spacious and includes a window, a wardrobe, a closet, a desk, and a comfortable bed. The common areas of the apartment, including the kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom, will also be shared.

There is no washer or dryer in the unit, but there is a convenient laundry facility in the basement.

The apartment is in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk to McGill metro and a 1-minute walk to the Sherbrooke bus stop.

The rent is $ per person, with utilities included.

The room is available immediately.
