Hi! I’m a -year-old working full-time and looking for a roommate who is responsible, tidy, and mature. I take pride in keeping my home a peaceful and organized space, and I’m seeking someone who shares that same mindset. You will have your own room, bathroom, and walk-in closet. It is a beautiful apartment right off I- in Port Orange.
What I’m looking for:
Someone around my age (s)
Full-time job or similar commitment
Respectful, emotionally intelligent, and clear communicators
No tolerance for drama, addictions (including drugs), or attention-seeking behavior, manipulation, unclear intentions
A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized living environment
Someone who values mental wellness, personal growth, and maintaining a peaceful, supportive space
Additional Requirements:
A 2-month period to ensure compatibility
First month’s rent is due upfront
Past roommate references are required
Proof of employment or ability to pay rent.

Utilities split. I have two cats, so no dogs. friendly (outside only). The room is unfurnished. Please be genuine, tidy, and respectful. I am traumatized by welcoming people into my home.
