Looking for a roommate (women only)

Description

Seeking a calm, tidy, and serene roommate, preferably someone who is diligent as we are often away from home, but when we are home, we enjoy taking a long nap occasionally. We may hang out in the living room to catch up, but usually, we prefer to relax in our own rooms.

nonrefundable deposit and first months rent. This is a month-to-month living situation as you are free to go as you please just be kind enough to give me a day notice. If you would like to see the house more in detail, we can definitely set up a FaceTime call and I can show you the house and we can see if the vibe is right.

House age range currently women live in this house I do prefer it that way, so we are all comfortable. I currently have a Roommate in this room until January st so won’t be available till February 7.
