I am renting two rooms in my ba home on South Broadway, about 7mins to DU campus. Move in ASAP! In the home currently is myself and my dog, Hudson Bill. We are looking for someone who is tidy in common areas and friendly to share our home. We do not need to be best friends, but I am totally open to catching up at the end of the day, going out, craft nights, day hikes, etc if we vibe in that way! There is a nice large fenced in backyard that Hudson loves to spend all day in, we have a raised garden bed and I am getting chickens in the new year! Garage out back has additional storage space. Private alley and ample street parking. I will cover some utilities. I enjoy kitties but Hudson does not, so sorry, no cats.
