Looking for female renter

Description

Furnished room with amenities including private mini fridge and TV, sleep number mattress, and large, spacious closet. All utlities included. Home owners have large dogs (all friendly) so tenant must be familiar with and experienced with having animals in home. House is secure including a security system and iron gates around entire property. You will have access to kitchen, and laundry room including washer and dryer. We are looking for a respectful, quiet tenant who is employed full time. We have a cleaning lady that comes bi-weekly. She cleans entire house including bathrooms and rented out room. No overnight guests and no drug use. Background check required and credit check required. 6 month lease, extended on basis of homeowners. $ per month with a $ security deposit.
