I live in a large 2-bedroom apartment unit on the second floor of the building in a gated luxury community. I need a male roommate that will occupy the other room. You will have your own private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a garage. The room is available on January -month commitment is required.

I am laid back and respect spaces and privacy. 'Looking for a roommate who values cleanliness and is responsible. A military veteran or a college student/young professional is a preference.
