I am looking for someone to take over my lease from January-October.
It is an unfurnished 1 bedroom apartment located in downtown Savannah. For students, it is walkable for certain SCAD buildings as well as bus stops. Its location also provides the opportunity to find walkable employment.
The apartment has laminate flooring and a tiled bathroom. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The bathroom is large with spacious closet.
Pets are allowed, however, there is a pet rent required. An underground parking garage is available for residents, this has a monthly fee of $ per month.
Monthly rent is $ a month, utilities are not included. Application fee will apply
