Fully furnished room available in a warm and inviting 3-bedroom home in a low-density neighborhood near plenty of open space. You would share a bathroom with the other renter, a young man, thirty years of age. Looking for a NEAT person, preference given to those who work or go to school outside of the home. Full access to kitchen and yard. Full sized refrigerator in garage to share with other renter. Laundry available. You can be as social or private as desired, as we all have our own lives. Must have proof of employment/income and references from previous landlords. Looking forward to meeting the next addition to my home!
