Room for Rent in Family Home

Description

We're a family of kids, ages , and a nervous cat) looking for a responsible and clean female roommate to rent a private room with a detached bathroom.

Requirements:

- Full-time job with at least 6 months of stability with the same company
- Team player and collaborative with shared spaces
- Non-smoker and no drug/substance use
- No pets, please (our cat is nervous, and we want to keep her comfortable)
- Clean background (we will conduct a background check)
- Maintain a clean and tidy room and shared spaces

Room Details:

- Private room with detached bathroom
- Clean and comfortable space
- Access to shared kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities

Rent:

-$ + lawn care split in summer only. Around $ every month during June/ July/August/September
Lease Terms:

- 6-month lease minimum
- Rent due on the 1st of each month
