Private room for rent

Description

Our home is 2 stories with the bedrooms upstairs. The room has a twin bed, dresser with mirror, desk & chair, lamp, mini fridge with freezer, microwave and TV. You have your own bathroom but it is not attached to the bedroom. Any of the furniture can be removed if you have your own except maybe the dresser. Electricity, water and WiFi are included in rent as is use of the washer and dryer downstairs. You’re also more than welcome to use anything in the kitchen. We live on Heather Lake so the sunset view in the backyard in the evenings is beautiful! The backyard is also nice to sit if you are cannabis friendly or the garage is available. We have a medium size dog who’s extremely friendly and 3 cats so we’d rather not add to the mix, if possible. Heather Lakes is in the middle of Brandon so we are pretty much central to any food or shopping that you need. We do not have cable but the TV in the bedroom is logged into all our streaming apps and we can get an antenna if you want to watch local channels. We have an antenna on the TV in the living room and it bedroom because we love football and watching the local news in the mornings.

About the roomies
We are in our late ’s and are empty nesters. We both work outside the home although I am trying to find a work-at-home job. We are very chill and pretty much home bodies. I am a 3rd generation South Tampa native and have lived in the Brandon area for over years. Our oldest daughter is married and lives in Germany with her husband who is in the Air Force. Our youngest daughter works in the optical department at Sam’s in Riverview, lives nearby in an apartment and visits often.
