It is on 1st flor, also is renovated.
The room will be unfurnished and also i dont have pets, if you have on with that!
You will have your own bathroom and the bedroom hava a Huge walk in closet.
The apartment have washer/dryer.
Is just me living in the apartment.
Price: $ with utilities included.
You have to agree to be added in contract..

The complex is gated, have tennis courts, package room and a mini trail to walk.

I dont complain about nothing, i donk smoke and want someone clean, i work from home but really quiet.
