This app doesn’t like me typing numbers apparently.
I have two rooms for rent.
First is seventeen by eleven feet. Rent is one thousand and fifty dollars. Deposit is the same.
The second rooms is eleven by ten feet. Rent and deposit are ninehundred.
Both bedrooms are on the main floor and will share a bathroom. All utilities are included. Internet is 1gig up and down.
Laundry is on the basement floor. We also have a Hundred and fortyfive inch projector screen downstairs. Movies, sports, video games!
I (Thirtyeight M) and my roommate (Twentynine
M) have our rooms downstairs.
I have a dog (Basset/Frenchie mix) and two cats. We have a doggy door and a privacy fenced in yard. So long as yours gets along with mine, additional pets are allowed. I don’t pay on here.
