Description

Sunny, partially furnished room for sublet in Wollstonecraft. Available move in dates are from the nd December - 7th of January, for approximately 2 months.

The room is light, comes partially furnished with a wardrobe and single bed (there is a double pictured). It’s a 2 minute walk from Wollstonecraft station and 5 minute walk from harbour views.

The weekly rent is $. Bills are approximately dollars a month (includes, gas, electricity, internet) everything else in included.

You be sharing with three lovely housemates:

Lucy - art teacher, loves winning and walking in her spare time
Reba - lawyer who loves a good book
Chloe - managing before and after school care. She enjoys writing and painting in her spare time.

The girls love cooking meals on weeknights, keep all the communal spaces clean and tidy. They enjoy, reading, walking, swimming, socializing during free time. Sometimes need alone time after a long day but also enjoy a chat over a glass of wine, plus have the occasional friend over! This would be a super fun comfortable place to call home over the summer!

The house is equipped with a washer, dryer, communal outdoor wash line, dishwasher, gas stove and oven.
