Relocating teacher looking for room

Description

I'm a secondary teacher that's relocating to the area and looking to rent a room on the ground floor unless an elevator is available (I've had knee surgeries) .

I'm looking for a room because I'm not sure if I'm going to end up in this area permanently so instead of moving an entire household, most of my things will go into storage until I know where I'll be permanently. I will be in this area from August- June at the very least but would prefer month-to- month lease.
